Bolton need a win in this competition. They've had 4 draws and 1 win so far and the draws won't hold up. They need to make use of these home games, especially against a Salonika team that has a bad history playing in England. I think Bolton are feeling good from their win last week against ManU, and with Stelios finally getting his start in the team I think he can make a big impression on this game.

Aberdeen seem to have a lot of supporters traveling to Madrid for this game. They haven't won an away game in Europe for god knows how long. I think they are going to put up a fight against Madrid though, especially with all those fans traveling to the game.

-Getafe vs Hapoel Tel-Aviv-
These are two teams that haven't played each other yet, and Tel Aviv hasn't played a Spanish team at all, so it will be a first for the. I really don't think that there is going to be goals in this game, as I think Tel-Aviv might come into this defensive minded to frustrate the attacking style futbol that Getafe play.

Hi Kid A ,

Some comments in regards to the match between Getafe and Hapoel Tel Aviv.Hapoel Tel Aviv in real bad shape this season,started well at Uefa But since then ranked last in domestic league,hardly any goals scored and actually playing today without a coach since their coach was terminated and no one was hired yet instead.Getafe on the other hand create a lot of opportunities but their strikers not focused and not taking good advanatge of all the opportunities they create,however and despite the fact Hapoel will most likely not score here even once,expect Getafe to win at least by 2-3 goals margin.The only question is how many Goals they will score.it is two teams in total different level and with Hapoel condition right now their mind is just in local league and not into that Cup at all.
I assume you already have placed your bet and too late for you to change it or perhaps just to hedge it with opposite one?
The banker in this one is HOME WIN ,true odds not shabby,just 1.25 @ BeFair but can hammer this one worry free .O2.5 worth a shot imo ,just with smaller stake since not sure how badly Getafe wish to smash the Israeli team here.might be nice and stop once leading 2-0.

Thanks for the input B4Fun. Yes I did place my wager. The reason I'm going with the under is because I feel that since Tel-Aviv won't be scoring any goals then I'm counting on Getafe to not score more than 2. A lot of times as we've seen, teams that have been getting bad press lately come into big underdog positions frustrating that big home fave. I feel if they can hold them off the first half than Getafe might start playing in a frustrated mind set. I'm going to stick to it and see how it goes =) As for that home win, a 1.25 price for me is too hefty, but best of luck with it if you decide to take it =) A 2-0 Getafe win would do both of us great!!

although you are on the right side with Bolton IMO, they have only played 2 games in group stage (both draws)..all other results were in KO-stages before and dont count here.i am not sure about your aberdeen play. they have not won in ages at this stage, but they have not played here, but agian i agree that 1.75 goals is a lot during the group stage, which is strange competition anyway.

Yah, I know chriscol, what I'm stating is that in this tournament they've had 4 draws out of 5 games in total. Although the other 2 draws and 1 win don't affect these group stages it gives you an idea of how they've played overall in the cup. They need to change the fact that they've gotten so many draws around if they want to advance.

gross day today guys. 2 half losses and 1 full loss. It seems like the Bolton manager didn't care about this game, I don't know why he started with one lone striker without even starting Anelka, dumb move, its as if they wanted a draw. Atletico get a penalty kick and then an own goal to kill the spread, half loss there. And Getafe, man I thought we had it, they were down 2-0 up until injury time where they recieved a penalty to make it 2-1 to kill the under, half loss there as well. I saw the Greek had those games as +2 and Under 3 for those two games so hopefully if anyone took them they just pushed. I'll post tomorrow for Saturday's picks on EPL and La Liga. Seems like we should just stay with those leagues since thats where we've been killing.
